There will be a one-time non-refundable application fee of $45.00 for single applicants and $55.00 for married applicant. All persons 18 years of age or older that plan on occupying the property must fill out an application. There must be one application submitted per each person, even if you are married. Please fill out the application in its entirety, all information must be present for us to consider your application. Once we have received your application and the application fee, it will take 24 to 48 hours to process the applications. You will then be notified as to the status of your application.
